Our Anger Management Program

Our Anger Management Program is designed to empower women with the tools and techniques necessary to manage their emotions effectively. Recognizing the critical role that emotional regulation plays in recovery, this program focuses on teaching people how to navigate their feelings constructively.

At Samad’s House, we believe that mastering one’s emotions is a vital step towards achieving lasting sobriety and personal growth.

Our program offers a comprehensive approach to anger management, incorporating a variety of techniques to help clients gain control over their emotions. These include cognitive-behavioral strategies to identify and alter negative thought patterns, relaxation techniques to reduce stress, and role-playing exercises to practice new ways of responding to anger-inducing situations. Additionally, participants learn mindfulness practices to stay present and grounded, enhancing their ability to manage emotions in real-time.
