Creating an environment that provides individuals who have a history of substance abuse with the necessary tools to manage sobriety, restore families and comfortably re-acclimate into society.
Founded in 2020, Samad’s House serves as a sober living home for women recovering from opioid addiction and/or substance abuse. We are a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization based in Milwaukee, WI. Our primary clients are women recently released from the Wisconsin Department of Corrections, Roger’s Memorial Hospital or a detox center.
The goal of Samad’s House is to provide 120 days of intense programming to restructure the thought and action patterns of women that have lived in addiction for multiple years; working diligently to rebuild the mind, body, and spirit.
We offer the following client services: parenting skills, nutrition and wellness classes, family and individual counseling, AODA classes, educational development, child support resolution, court resolution, anger management, critical thinking, effective decision-making, budget management, time-management, budgeting and goal-setting.
Our dedicated staff and volunteers are the key components to our continued success and help us serve those in need.
